Born and raised in Turlock, California, Chris brings deep community roots and unmatched expertise to every real estate transaction. With a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies and Communication Studies from Stanislaus State, Chris combines strong communication skills with proven leadership in both business and community service.
Over the course of his career, Chris has successfully sold 700+ homes, totaling more than $250 million in real estate volume. Recognized as one of the top 10 Realtors® in Stanislaus County and ranking among the top 50 in California, Chris has built a reputation for results-driven strategies and outstanding client service. He also co-owns a property management company serving the Central Valley, expanding his expertise beyond sales into long-term investment solutions.
Outside of real estate, Chris is deeply involved in the Turlock community. He has served as President of the Rotary Club (District 5220), been a member of the Turlock Economic Development Advisory Board, and contributed as part of Stanislaus State’s Alumni Board. A trained classical pianist, he volunteers his musical talents at Turlock Covenant Church.
